Communication Chair

Courtney A. Brandon, LPC/MHSP, RPT™ serves as our Media/Communication Chair. She is responsible for oversight of TNAPT communications with the members and the public through email, website, and social media accounts.

Duties Include: 

1. Develop and maintain all policies/format related to effective communication with members across all platforms while adhering to APT guidelines. 

2. Ensure TNAPT has sent at least (4) communications via email to comply with APT guidelines. 

3. Provide quarterly reports to the board regarding the TNAPT media/communication strategies to improve the overall TNAPT member experience. 

4. Assist with or have monthly email communication with TNAPT members.

5. Serve as a point of contact for all TNAPT members.
