Engagement/Recruitment Chair

Dr. Cyndi Jordan, Ed.D, LPC/MHSP, RPT S™ serves as our Member Engagement/ Recruitment Chair. This chair is vital to the growth and support of TNAPT and the Play Therapy community across Tennessee. Her responsibilities include developing and maintaining systems to increase engagement/recruitment of TNAPT members. 

Duties Include: 

1. Develop and maintain a strategic plan for increasing membership as this is a core component for achieving Gold Branch. 

2. Provide oversight or chair a committee that organizes networking events across the state of Tennessee. 

3. Provide quarterly reports to the board regarding member engagement/recruitment strategies/activities across the state. . 

4. Develop or maintain a system to increase current TNAPT members engagement to avoid attrition in membership and develop a plan to welcome new members.

5. Serve as a point of contact for all TNAPT members.
