President
Rachel Ross, LCSW, RPT-Sā¢ serves as our board president. She is responsible for providing structure, oversight, and guidance to TNAPT members as well as directing the TNAPT board and their meetings.
Duties include:
1. Preside at all meetings of the members and set the agenda.
2. See that all votes and resolutions of the board are put into effect.
3. Complete quarterly APT reports to comply with guidelines for branch compliance and/or Gold Branch Status.
4. Attend monthly branch president meetings or assign another board member to preside over the meeting if unable to attend.
5. Attend the annual APT conference or assign a representative, if unable to attend, and ensure all financial records are filed annually.
6. Ensure all by-laws of TNAPT Organization are maintained and followed. 7. Develop and maintain with the treasurer an annual operating budget.
8. Assist with the development of conference(s) for TNAPT members.
9. Provide oversight of all TNAPT activities across the state of Tennessee. 10. Serve as a point of contact for all TNAPT members.
